Kathy Altenhoff

Kathy has more than two decades of experience in investor relations and capital formation within the alternative investment and private equity industry. She formed Alignment Investor Relations in 2019 to provide investor relations and marketing advisory services to investment managers. Previously, Kathy was a Managing Director at Castlelake, where she led the firm’s investor relations team for over eleven years. Earlier, she was an investor relations associate at Crescendo Ventures, responsible for managing existing investor relationships, investor reporting, fundraising activities and meeting planning.

Kathy received a B.A. in Marketing and Business Administration from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
