Mr. Fragodt has more than 21 years of experience investing in over a dozen European markets during his career. Prior to co-founding Landfair, Mr. Fragodt was a Partner at Castlelake, where he oversaw Castlelake’s European Assets business for over twelve years. Before joining Castlelake, Mr. Fragodt spent eight years working in London with alternative investment managers focused on European NPLs, real assets and asset-based specialty lending, including six years with Cargill Value Investment (now CarVal Investors).
Mr. Fragodt received his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in Political Science and Business Administration, cum laude.

Mr. Jaeger has more than 20 years of investment experience. Prior to co-founding Landfair, Mr. Jaeger was a Managing Director at Colony Capital, Inc. where he was responsible for the sourcing, structuring, execution and management of investments and divestments in Europe. Prior to that, Mr. Jaeger spent more than ten years in investment banking, specializing in distressed and special situation investing and structured financing in the real estate and infrastructure sectors at Credit Suisse First Boston, Citigroup Global Markets and Barclays Capital.
Mr. Jaeger graduated from the London School of Economics with a degree in Accounting and Finance.

Mr. Gosch has 10 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Landfair, Mr. Gosch was working at Castlelake, where he was part of the Real Assets team investing in European private equity opportunities.
Prior to Castlelake, Mr. Gosch worked at Invesco and UBS, where his focus was on European investments.
He received his B.A. in Economics and Business (cum laude) from Carlos III University and SUNY New Paltz (double degree).
Mr. Gosch is fluent in Spanish, German and English.
Anna Gredenhoff

Ms. Gredenhoff has more than 15 years of experience in private equity operational infrastructure, work structures and processes. Prior to joining Landfair, Ms. Gredenhoff worked at Capital Dynamics based in Zug, Switzerland, where she oversaw office facilities, services, policies and programs. She was also an assistant to the Executive Committee, where she was focused on management projects and corporate governance. Ms. Gredenhoff’s professional background includes working with commercial real estate at Fastighets AB LE Lundberg in Sweden.
Ms. Gredenhoff holds a diploma in Urban Centre Planning from The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, along with qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing and Graphic Design from the Dalarna University in Sweden.

Mr. Hochstrasser has more than six years of investment experience. Prior to joining Landfair, Mr. Hochstrasser was an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he sourced and acquired investment properties and development projects for Credit Suisse’s real estate funds and investment foundation. Prior to that, Mr. Hochstrasser was with KPMG’s Real Estate Advisory team, valuing investments for institutional investors, and supporting clients in sell-side transaction mandates. Mr. Hochstrasser also worked as an underwriter with Invesco’s real estate transaction team in the U.S. during his master’s studies.
Mr. Hochstrasser received his M.B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with distinction and a B.A. from the University of San Diego in Real Estate and Business Economics, summa cum laude. He is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Ms. Mackintosh has more than 12 years of experience in investor relations and capital formation within the private equity real estate industry. Before working with Landfair, Ms. Mackintosh was a Vice President at Aegila Capital Management where she managed the firm’s investor relations and capital raising initiatives. Prior to joining Aegila, Ms. Mackintosh worked at BrickVest, where she was responsible for investor relations and communications. Ms. Mackintosh was previously with Colony Capital for eight years, where she worked with existing and prospective investors on all aspects of investor relations and capital raising for the firm’s various platforms.
Ms. Mackintosh received a BA degree from Northeastern University.
Richard Moss

Mr. Moss has more than 20 years of industry experience and has developed, implemented and managed the mid-and back-office infrastructure for two award-winning investment management start-ups. Prior to joining Landfair, Mr. Moss was the Chief Financial Officer of Argentiere Capital AG in Zug, Switzerland where he built its product control, fund accounting and finance functions from the start-up stage. Before joining Argentiere, Richard worked with Edoma Partners, LLP from its start-up phase and also built-out Edoma’s mid- and back-office infrastructure. Prior to that he worked with Ferox Capital, LLP, BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse First Boston in various accounting and product control roles.
Mr. Moss qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC in the UK and received a B.A. from the University of Durham in Modern Languages (French and German).

Ms. Altenhoff has more than 20 years of experience in investor relations and capital formation within the alternative investment and private equity industry. She formed Alignment Investor Relations in 2019 to provide investor relations and marketing advisory services to investment managers. Ms. Altenhoff was a Managing Director at Castlelake, where she led the firm’s investor relations team for over eleven years. Before joining Castlelake, Ms. Altenhoff was an investor relations associate at Crescendo Ventures, responsible for managing existing investor relationships, investor reporting, fundraising activities and meeting planning.
Ms. Altenhoff received a B.A. in Marketing and Business Administration from St. Cloud State University.
Kevin Hiniker

Kevin Hiniker

Mr. Hiniker has over 35 years of experience in global legal, compliance and business operations encompassing investment management firms and private equity funds. He currently advises and consults with private equity firms, entrepreneurs, boards and investment industry service providers regarding strategy, legal and compliance operations. Mr. Hiniker was Partner, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Castlelake, L.P. where he facilitated investment transactions and fund governance, and advised on commercial, legal and regulatory matters. Prior to his 15 years at Castlelake, Mr. Hiniker held senior legal roles at Ameriprise Financial and Advantus Capital Management.
Mr. Hiniker received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
