Kevin has over three decades of experience in global legal, compliance and business operations encompassing investment management firms and private equity funds. He currently advises and consults with private equity firms, entrepreneurs, boards and investment industry service providers regarding strategy, legal and compliance operations. Kevin was formerly Partner, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Castlelake, where he facilitated investment transactions and fund governance, and advised on commercial, legal and regulatory matters. Prior to his fifteen years at Castlelake, he held senior legal roles at Ameriprise Financial and Advantus Capital Management.
Kevin received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
